My name is vikas dubey and I am volunteer in Bhakti Parrikar (NGO), which is doing Seva and located in Govardhan (UP), India.

Current Covid situation has disrupted the normal life and impacted sadhus and underpriviledged elder couples the most in Braj Mandal (vrindavan and Radha Kunda area).

Who is Sadhu ? - ŚB 3.25.21

तितिक्षव: कारुणिका: सुहृद: सर्वदेहिनाम् ।

अजातशत्रव: शान्ता: साधव: साधुभूषणा: ॥ २१ ॥

SB 3.25.21, Translation and Purport: The symptoms of a sādhu are that he is tolerant, merciful and friendly to all living entities. He has no enemies, he is peaceful, he abides by the scriptures, and all his characteristics are sublime.

Bhakti Parikar volunteers are helping the sadhus and underpriviledged elderly widows by supplying the Raw Grocery Kit, details are mentioned in our website bhaktiparikkar.org. This covers the need of sadhus for one month.

Our volunteers procure, package and distribute these grocery kits keeping hygiene and following Covid protocols with due diligence. Each grocery kit cost us Rs750.

In phase-1 we plan to distribute 50 kits per month, which comes to total 600 kits a year.
